Mission

Our mission is to make apartment management the heroes to their residents. We will accomplish that by inspiring, igniting, and investing in people to build an apartment community that is thriving and sustainable.

Residents don’t just want a place to live—they want a place to belong. When neighbors feel connected, communities thrive, engagement increases, and people stay longer. CityLife exists to make that happen.

What We Do

CityLife comes alongside apartment management teams, partners, and volunteers to create meaningful connections within apartment communities. Through consistent presence, engaging programs, and relationship-driven initiatives, we help transform apartment living into a true sense of community.
Whether someone stays 12 months or 12 years, our goal is the same:
to create connection that leaves a lasting impact.

We use a holistic approach with apartment owners, apartment management companies and staff to integrate a long-term, innovative design to serve employees and residents in building an apartment community that will be a great place to live, work, play, and serve. We accomplish that by serving as apartment chaplains and community development leaders to meet the holistic needs of their residents.

As a result, we build genuine relationships and trust with apartment staff who give us opportunities to serve and develop relationships with residents. We effectively become an amenity that makes apartment life better, enjoyable, or more productive. We eventually become a significant part of their business model by improving retention through our partnership. Transformation will occur from the inside out through hospitality, friendships, prayer, Discovery Groups, and starting simple churches.
