Level 2 Training: Training for Emerging Leaders (Lead)
Equip volunteers to take ownership of roles and lead others.
Outcome: Leaders who can run a ministry area on-site with minimal supervision.
Level 3 Training: Training for Coaches (Coach)
Multiply capacity by developing people rather than doing everything themselves.
Outcome: Coaches who raise new leaders and strengthen teams.
Level 4 Training: Training for Multipliers (Multiply)
Expand CityLife into additional apartments, churches, or cities.
Outcome: Leaders who can launch and sustain new apartment communities.
