Outcome: Volunteers who feel prepared, supported, and able to represent CityLife well.

Training will create a pipeline of leaders who will take ownership of ministry, Discovery Groups, Kids Clubs and community development teams.

Outcome: Leaders who can run a ministry area on-site with minimal supervision.

L3 training will equip and multiply leaders to sustain the CityLife mission.

Outcome: Coaches who raise new leaders and strengthen teams.

L4 training will move and multiply Kingdom expansion in other apartment communities and cities.

Outcome: Leaders who can launch and sustain new apartment communities.
